IC Reactor Project of Shaanxi Baishui Fruit and Vegetable Juice Plant

Internal circulation anaerobic reactor (IC reactor) is a kind of highly efficient anaerobic reactor to divide the reaction zone into lower high-load part and upper low-load part through two-stage three-phase separator. Fluid circulation is formed inside the reaction zone by the density difference produced by biogas between up-flow pipe and back-flow pipe to make waste water purified.

The project is used to dispose waste water of fruit and vegetable juice. The tank body is enamel-assembled; three-phase separator, water distribution device, forced circulation device, water outlet system and the like are set inside.
