East and South Renfu Farm Ⅱ Large Biogas Project of COFCO in Tianjin Baodi District

1) Project introduction 

• Construction location: East and South Renfu Villages in Tianjin Baodi District；

• Construction time: started from August, 2010;

• Raw material type: pig manure, disposal of 400 m³ manure and sewage per day;

• Daily production of biogas: 6,000 m³;

• Purpose of biogas: power generation for internal use; configuration of 2*400 kW generator units; daily power generation capacity of 10,000 kw.h.

2) Characteristics of the project 

• The material is manure cleaning by water submerging with low concentration;

• The company totally undertakes 4 large biogas projects of equivalent scale, including two projects in Baodi, Tianjin and two projects in Wuhan, Hubei.
